with Pinot Noir grapes, served on draft, only on festivals or special events. This is a draft-only lighter version (6.5%) of the bottle version (8.2%) called Oude Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'ancienne. The lower ABV is obtained by the use of Meerts lambic to ferment with the grapes. This beer was served for the first time at our Journées Bières Ouvertes 06-07/09/2019

Draft @ Gueuzerie Tilquin.
Couleur rosée-ambrée, col fin blanc retombant vite.
Arôme au nez marqué funk - pointe tannique barrique, lambic avec retour fruité raisin en rétro.
Palais est funk, léger citrique de lambic, note de grains, raisin plutôt léger et une acidité fine qui revient à chaque gorgée.

07-12-19 // 125ml from tap shared with at Moeder Lambic Fontainas at the Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza Event #2. Different than the bottled version i had. Quite dry. A little dusty grape finish. 30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2080) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear orange beer, nice creamy bit irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: all nice brett notes, funky, sweety, some onions, peppery, dry, spicy notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely brett notes, soft fruitiness, tannins, bitter touch, hint of red wine, very dry. Aftertaste: nice acidity, fruity, bitter touch, tannins.

Wild festival. Hazy rose with white gead. Sour grainy, grapey, dry stone fruity, berries, nice funk going on. Bit tinny, flinty. Medium sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Best.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy reddish orange with off white head. Dry funk, dank cellar notes, spicy grapes, earthy funk, soft berries. Medium sour, under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
