This beer is a collaboration between Fyne Ales & Inver Restaurant. It is inspired by the beers of Belgium, where Inver owners Pam & Rob, used to live, work & drink.
A golden farmhouse ale brewed with spelt, fermented with a Belgian yeast strain & matured over the winter in an open tank exposed to the wild micro flora of Argyll. Aromas of ripe peaches with more stone fruit on sipping, ending in a dry, crisp & slightly tart finish. Carbonation is soft. This beer is evolving in the bottle.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is yeast and floral. Medium body, yeast, honey, fruity, wheat, light dry finish, very good.

bottle at home ... Golden amber .. small white head ... sharp zezty lemon ... soft sweet bready toffee fruit ... long soft sweet fruit ... light salty finish ... soft peaches ...
