Bottle 750ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, sugar, alcohol, light berries. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dusty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to light lively. Not the best De Molen beer, high alcohol and no benefit the normal Borefts Bock works better ! [20110518]
