Bottle, shared by mansquito. Pours red and murky, though I was the last pour. Cherry, red grape, red wine vinegar, funk, leather, blackberry, tannic. Medium body. Very good.

Dziwnie sie postarzal, bo dosc niska kwasnosc, kapke pestkowo-dzemowe te wisnie, octu tylko hint i to o dziwo pasuje do tych dzemowych nutek. Wysoka wytrawnosc, dzikosc nieco piwniczna ale tez skorzana ewidentnie. Czuc, ze stary, ale pozytywnie czuc.

Bottle. Pours thick purple with a small pink head. Notes of marzipan, sweet cherry candy, vinegar, light lactic, citrus, cherry pits.

Corked Bottle. Ruby red color. Cherry and vinous notes in the aroma with vanilla and hints of marzipan. Sour cherry flavor with almonds, cherry pits, vanilla and marzipan. Full bodied. Almost milky. Oak. Delicious.

A: a lot of sour cherries, bit vinegar, woody, leather, bit sour apples peels, sour red berries. T: a lot of sour cherries, woody, leather, barnyard, funky, bit red wine, intensive puckering, very sour dry fruity, bit too sour for me yet great for the style, low carbonation, medium to full body, great one.
