31-01-20 // taster at Braukunst Live! in Munich. Thanks sinh4 for sharing. Thicker oily viscosity. Loads of ginger but not in a too overspiced way. Pairs well with the honey sweetness. A great mead.

Bottle @ Dangerous Bottleshare ft. Lukasmh and Daawi thanks to Lukasmh and Bursprak. Pours clear yellow. Aroma has lots of windshield cleaner-like notes, ginger, honey, chemical notes. Taste has ginger, honey, floral, spice but the same chemical notes. Seems like nothings wrong with it but not on par with ANY of the Schramms meads Iâve had at all.

Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is super ginger, very aromatic, light honey down there too. Taste is ginger, nice spiciness, subtle honey, very drinkable. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Condensed in the best way.

Bottle shared at home, thanks to Maakun for making the trade happen. Thanks to Maakunâs US contact too, cheers! Clear pale golden, no head. Massive ginger, the smell is soapy and ginger spiced. Thereâs lovely light and lean pale floral and grassy honey, and thereâs amazing growing ginger aroma and spiciness. Ginger takes over almost completely, but the honey remains prominent in the nose. Lovely experience. Alcohol is not noticeable in the aroma but it is notable in the experience. Alcohol fueled peppery ginger aromaâs with some bees đ.

Bottle shared with sjogro. Clear light honey golden. Light soapy nose. Fresh ginger and sugared ginger, quite present flowery honey, light cream, soft sherry wine and alcohol, nutmeg. Quite sweet with ginger spicyness. Full bodied and no carbonation. More honey character than fruited Schrammâs. Very nice except the nose which is a bit too soapy, otherwise Iâm in love.

Bottle into a dessert glass showing well filtered honey gold with no head. The nose shows strong notes of ginger with softer notes of honey. The palate is light bodied and with a mild ginger spiciness. Moderately sweet with lighter notes of peach and orange with ginger running far into the finish. Balanced throughout yet full bodied and full flavored. Ginger spiciness is long but mildly intense. Fantastic.

At Hopishop 2017. Aroma of ginger, sugar and spice. Taste has lots and lots of spicey ginger, honey, syrupy sugar and some more spices. Extreme on the ginger, this is heavy stuff.

375ml bottle courtesy of and shared with Meadme, thanks! DorĂ©e pĂąle claire. ArĂŽme au bouquet mielleux tirant sur un Ă©picĂ© de gingembre juste en rĂ©tro. Prenant sans ĂȘtre surfait on apprĂ©cie une belle balance entre la douceur et le relevĂ© un peu plus Ă©picĂ© qui caractĂ©rise le gingembre. Palais est huileux, mielleux avec une pointe sĂšche et Ă©picĂ©e de gingembre, retrouve un lĂ©ger cĂŽtĂ© poudreux. Chaleur sâaccentue sans jamais devenir surfaite. Retrouve un fini orange blossom, fini collant aux lĂšvres.
