37.5 bottle at home. I think this was the first version of this beer, bottled a bit more than 5 years ago. Pretty faded dull golden with small white head. Lots of quetsche, some lemon, Boon funk, hay, old wood. Very sour, very light bitter. Over light bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. This got quite a bit too sour to my liking, definately didn't improve with some years on it.
75cl: similar. Maybe a bit less sour, but also really shows quite some age. I like it more than the small bottle though, would rate 7.8.
Bottle thanks to Valgreen. Pours deep hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is very funky, citrussy, red sour apples, prunes, moss, dry. Taste is very funky aswell, tart citrus, vinegar, barnyard, prunes, tart red apples. Pretty speciel, pretty nice!
Bottle. Aroma is good, musty, farmyard. Taste is good, light fruit, easy drinking, light sourness. Tart. Fruit is easy going. I like it.
Corked bottle from Kraddel, thanks! Pinkish golden color. Dominating oak and plums in the aroma. Sour flavor with oak, plums and dominating grapefruit. Not brilliant, but indeed a very nice fruit lambic.
First labeled bottling of the Namur version. Opened with a light plop. Almost clear orange golden. No head. Nose of mild funk, very mild fru
