2 November 2019. 75cl bottle at Brocante Café Quiz, Bruges. Cheers, Ian & Cedric! Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of yellow apple, banana peel, white bread, yeast, citrus, kitchen herbs. Taste is medium fruity sweet, banana & apricot over a bready-yeasty base, some bitter, generic spices & touch of sourish wheat. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, yeasty, some unripe fruit, slightly warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Pleasant enough, somewhat of a Westmalle clone thanks to that creaminess mostly, but far from equal of course.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Malty hay-like floral hoppy yeasty aroma. Full bodied. Yeasty floral hopbitter flavor Some bready notes. Not bad, but less yeast and more hoppy citric dryness wouldn’t hurt.

Bottle at WWT tasting. Clear golden with very big white head. Yeasty, herbal, grassy, lots of sugar, some yoghurt. Medium sweet with lots of light bitter herbs in the finish. Medium bodied with full soft carbonation. I feel more sporty already...

Bottle @ WWT IV. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a bit sweetish, lightly yeasty, a touch of herbs or spices in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.
