Clear red brown beer, very big creamy beige head, bit fizzy, falls down quickly. Aroma:very malty, soft roast, caramel, grains, hay, cow fodder, some mocha and chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit soapy, malty, pretty bitter, roasted, mocha, caramel, coffee. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, pretty roasted, mocha, malty, grains, hoppy, hint of citrus. Not much IPA left 5 months after packaging. Don't want to know what it would taste like after 2 years.
