Bottle @ Dangerous Bolche-share. Pours hazy dark red with a small pinkish head. Aromas of cheese, sweet oak, citrus, light nailpolish, vinegar, blueberries. Taste has lots of cheese, blueberries, tannic, bretty, astringent acidity.

Bottle from Mikkeller Webshop. Slightly hazy orange with almost no head. Barnyard, manure, faint blueberry, citrus, wood. Mellow tartness. Not very exciting.

0,75l bottle at Powys shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. BBMarch 24th 2016. purple cloudy color, small white head. smells of blueberries, joghurt, nutty, wood, spices, herbal. nice to very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, herbal, rather bretty, peppery, heavy on the spices, earthy, hints of vinegar. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of spices, brett and grassy notes. lovely smell, taste is rather heavy on the brett and spices, I a not a fan of the complexity, but great balance none the less. overall very nice beer.

Thanks DCLawyer for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing hazy translucent rims of light purple and no head. The nose shows tart notes of horse blanket with a light mint background. The palate is light bodied and lightly carbonated. Subtle tartness with a light minty background. Not much else.

Pinkish head, stable, over amber-rosé beer with no visual carbonation. Benzene, cheesy, old fruit, old hops. Soapy, cheesy unnatural appearing flavours, even rubber, sulphur. Slick, feels well-carbonated; Not very special, tastes even artificial.

Sampled from bottle at home, massive thanks to Maakun. Hazy red amber with white head. Sweet fruity smell. Sweet and tart red fruit. Berries, raspberries, blueberries, hay, barnyard, cherry stones. Very fruity. Light sweet and moderate sour. Medium body, minerallike texture. Soft carbonation and chalky feel. Very nice tart fruity finish. Lovely!

Bottle shared. Slight hazy red/amber with good sized very light pink head. Lots of blueberries and red berries, funk, light grassy, some sweet malts and wheat, light mineral, soft sweet yoghurt, strawberry jam. Just medium sweet and sour with a light bitterness. Really nice balance of the sweet and sour on one side, and fruit and funk on the other. Very good.

Very cloudy, looks like a red popsicle. i’m not sure how they did it but blueberry aroma all around. Very challenging for sure. and yeah, flavor too. it’s a blueberry explosion here. Very lambiek-like flavor profile, sour without being acidic and with a nice malt backbone grist. i think these guys nail belgian spontaneous beers. great work all around.
