Bottle, unintentionally kept for several years. Pours pitch black and a dark brown head that quickly disappears. Aroma's: boozy, brandy, umami, cinnamon. Retronasal there is fruity alcohol/brandy, cinnamon, light vegetal/pepper, light sweetish, roast. Flavour is moderate sweet, fruity/alcohol, light umami, dark chocolate. Peppery heat, possibly enhanced by the alcohol? Full bodied. Long finish, a bit herbal, light bitter.
