Lindemans Lambic 1 Year at Goblet, falling squarely at the edges of Oude and Jonge. Very hazy orange-golden body, small head at first. Aah, under Jonge it goes. Hay, horseblanket, wild yeast aroma, all soft, lightly citric. Taste... Lean, citric, wild, tart, fresh, pleasant. Very good!

Hazy dark blond colour with lasting fluffy head. It's tangy, sharp and easy to drink. Finish is drying and slightly woody. Granny Smith tanginess.

Crowler. Almost clear gold. No head but a few bubbles. Funky aroma with apples, old lemon, grain. A fair bit of body. A way off dry with moderate but brooding sourness. Woody finish. Muffled but enlivening.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Desnica. Clear golden, minimal off-white head. Soft acidic and funky note, gently fruity. Some spices, some cheese. Berries, malts, sourdough. Flavour is sour, funky, dry. Modest. Soft carbonation, light body, light finish.

1 Year. LCI at the 101% gueuze tasting, led by Raf. Lambic #1, but third preferred. This one was just pretty boring. Easy, some acidity, some sweetness.. but so boring and flattened.

This lambic was about a year old, so I’ll rate it as jonge lambic. Litre swing top bottle, poured by the friendly brewer from one of his wooden casks. Faded orange color, absolutely no head. Light citrus and raspberry aroma. Very pleasant but not as assertive as many other lambics. Medium bodied, but still a touch of wateriness. Very soft taste with just a touch of sourness. Citrus rules, but there are also other flavors. Some wood, milk, butter, grapes, raspberry. The complexity is there, but there could be a touch more character. Nevertheless a treat and a really great beer. Sample tasted in august 2012: Vinegar in the aroma. Traubenzucker. Sour, sulphury flavor.
