Tap at Little Delirium. Light golden colour, clear, small thin white bubbly head. Aroma is apple, fruity, funky, bit of grapefruit. Taste is nice, sour, grapefruit and slightly vinous. Flat and soft. Definitely worth popping in here for one as it always seems to be on the menu.

Bruxellensis 2007. Lambic from november 2006. Cherry and grapes in the aroma. A soft sourness. Somewhat soapy flavor. Cherry, vinous. Shortish slightly nutty bitter aftertaste. 8 4 7 3 14 = 3.6 @ Retaurant Boelekewis, Dworp. Golden color, hazy. Milkaroma with a hint of citrus, Soft milky sourish flavor with peach and lemon. Sweetish, round, pleasant.

25 March 2019. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst. Shared with the lovely Anke! 1 year old. Hazy pale golden, very thin, lasting, off-white head. Aroma of cheese, unripe apple, apricot, plum, yeast, straw, lemon. Taste is light fruity sweet & sour, notes of apple, apricot, faint orange, lemony sour notes on top of a woody & leathery bitterness, somewhat yeasty & cheesy. Dryish, woody finish, yeast, grass, straw. Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Highly drinkable Lambic, but too young to have sufficient character.

Tap at grote dorst (as chat.. de papa). Pours hazy golden. Aroma funky, sour, slight fart. Flavor is sour and bitter, fruity, citrus, apples, hint of cognac. Finish has some hoppiness. Box - Nice funky citrus and grape. Cloudy gold with no head. Nice soft funk, citrus and some hay with just a touch of tartness. Very balanced and quite drinkable.
