33cl Bottle at ’t Lommertje. NO GUSHER!! Wow.. That’s a first from this brewery. Brown colour with a purple hue, thin creamy light-beige head. Aroma of subtle spices, star anise, clove, coreander seeds, amber malts, slightly metallic but not disturbing, confit fruit, hint of chocolate, roasted malts. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, fruity, confit fruit, some Christmas cake, light metallic, light spicy, bitter malty finish. Medium-bodied at best. Soft carbonation. Nice enough beer, best of this brewery so far imho.
