Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Grüne Äpfel, dezente Süße, rund. Sehr fruchtig, mineralisch, etwas Zitrone. Weich, ansteigende Säure, langer Nachgeschmack. 9/12/14/11/10/12
Bottle shared with Dimitar. Golden body, white head. Big aroma, sour, minerally, green apples. Juicy taste, green apples, light maltiness, not too funky, nice balance. Overall a tasty fruit lambic by all means! Mthough, so will try again hopefully at some point.
--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear pale golden, lively head. Funky barnyard dominate the citric nose. BOne dry with slender body and crisp, spritzy mouthfeel. Funky barnyard, mild citric acid, notes of minerally cider. Mild old hay bitterness. Complex and wonderful, really great lambic - carefully flavoured.
Wee bottle cork from Web Systembolaget 2021-09-09 Göteborg AR: sour citrus gooseberries, tart, funk AP: wee hazy coppery, no head F: rich intensiva carbonated, dry, sour citrus, tart green gooseberries, hint of green apple juice concentrate
16/V/21 - 37.5cl bottle, shared @ De Cam brewery, BB: L2041.8 (2021-410) Thanks to Erwin & Meeki for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy bright yellow to light beige beer, big aery irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: smells like liverwurst and paté, yeasty, pork liver, earthy? MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, soft acidity, juicy, fruity, good stuff, little bitter. Aftertaste: dry, some apple skin, lovely, clean acidity in the finish, I like it a lot.
Hazy yellow colour with quick fading head. Aroma has that distinct Lambiek sharpness. Initially loads of horse blanket and a little manure. Fresh and sour apples. Funk and shit.
750 ml. bottle split by 3. Sparkling, low funk, lemon, almost white grape, low rustic, quite fruity but the apple profile could be coming almost from the lambiek. Overall excellent even if bit too expensive.
Corked bottle. Blonde, Apple and a hint of oak in the aroma. Apple in the dry, sourish flavor with brett and a hint of oak. A good cider and lambic hybrid, could have a bit more complexity.
