Tap into a small taster showing pale straw with light pink tinges and a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense tart notes of apricot and light brett/barnyard funk.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately to highly tart with light flavors of apricot and a light stone fruit acidity throughout.
Bottle - Dirty peach and petroleum. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured stone fruit with a hit of acidity and a bone dry finish. Not as juicy as I hoped.
Bottle at RBSG. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong apricot flesh and funk. Thin body, tart apricot, light acidity, juicy, really enjoyed this.
Funky sour saison character in the nose. Nose has lots of sourness, some soft lemony thing going on with some saison yeast spices. Tastes sour again, sourdough sour. Creamy sour, haven’t really tasted something like this before. Finish is tart, almost salty, rocking.
Hazy white golden color. Tons of oak, green apples, lemon meringue and slight apricot notes. Puckering sourness with tons of oak, lemon meringue. Very smooth. Alcohol well hidden. Great balance. Excellent
