On tap at De Prael. Hazy golden amber colour, thin off-white head. Aroma is sour, grapes, oak, vanilla, hint of acetone, berries. Flavour is medium sweet, sweet lemon, sour grapes, oak, wood, tart - bitter finish. Light bodied. Tasty.
Sample from tap @ Carnival Brettanomyces 2015, in Prael proeflokaal. Red-copper hazy color. Not much head, off white. Aroma’s of grain, with wood and tannines retronasal. Flavor is light sour with some caramel sweetness. Light bodied, low carbo. Finish is woody, moderate bitter, quite dry.
Thanks for sharing! Sampled draft @ De Prael during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Dark red fruit amber with no head. Nose is mellow red fruits, sugar, berries, candy,… Taste is odd, watery, malt, jam, sugar, very boring but nothing objectionable,.. Boring & sugary but nothing bad or unpleasant.
Tap at de Prael. Clear dark golden with barely any head. Caramel, light herbs, light grapes, sour hay and wood, nice malts shining through. Medium bodied with low carbonation.
Draft at De Prael. Pours hazy amber with a minimal off white head. Aroma of caramel, oak, toffee and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with near flat carbonation.
