Bottle shared massive thanks to kermis! 6 years after best before date, hahaha. Soft caramel, deep funk, mineral, honey, oak. It’s a little dusty and caramelly, but also bright and funk without being very sour. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Great!!
Sampled at Spelingen release spring 2023. pours a dark, cloudy amber. Scent is full, creamy, bit nutty, woody. very aged - but in a good way. Taste is full, creamy, tad tart, mushroomy. Surprisingly high carbo. Quite enjoyable indeed, and at this point it even beats the 98 (50th anniversary)
Loud pop. Nice looking amber colour, bit unclear, dense off-white head, plenty carbonation. Smells funky, woody, goat. Quite a lot of carbonation, some pucker, otherwise light and fluffy. Taste is lightly sour, loads of oak, flint. Quite lemon zesty. Good
Blend 116 18/19 . Pours dark, surprisingly dark , amber. Small creamy white, stable head ( very stable for a Lambic). Scent is very full, creamy geuze. Complex acidity, medium intense barrel. Taste is full, intense, very creamy, citric, dry, very oaky. Lovely batch.
0.75l bottle, huge thanks Jonas! 2002 vintage! Murky orange-amber body, traces of an off-white head. Soft, sweetish, fruity, tart aroma, yeah, mushrooms now that they mention it but in a good way. Soft, sweetish taste, lean, bit cellary, light mushroom, some citric notes, nicely dried out, not as impressive as the aroma, but a greate geuze nonetheless.

Bottle. Deep massive cheesy funk, wood, hay, wheat, peach. Dank funk galore with nice fruits.
Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of big dry cellar funk, oak, citrus. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Surprisingly towering head, very dense & fine, light yellow over foxy orange clear beer. Sharp fruity & farmyard nose, lactic acid, lemon, horseblanket, little bit of putteke , saddlesoap. Quite sharp - acid flavour, again fruity - unripe grapes f.i. - straw, wood, horseblanket. Finish has something fleeting as anise. The chunk in the armour of this one is a very lean body, not only because of acidthinning, but also from the composition of the beer itself; whilst the flavours diminish rapidly, and not I mals /I of course. Good carbonation. Maybe not the best of 3F, which still makes it just great.
