Bottle. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Herbs and what I assume is elder flower aromas. Sour and tart with classic Cantillon citrus/lemon notes and some herbal/floral additions. Not my favorite Cantillon, but still a very nice beer.
EB from last Saturday. A very good elderflower lambic but compared to the home blends it comes off as a hint dull at this age. Give it some time to develop that really cheesy vintage Mamouche character.
Bottled 28 may 2020. Unclear golden with no head. Sour grapes, herbal elderflower, nettles, deep dive into herbal juicism. This is the king of beers.
Bottle. Very flowery, lovely balance with the lambic. Classic mamouche.
Still mostly a lambic, being woody, dry, fairly sour for a Belgian one. The elderflowers really add something, though, making it quite floral (duh), and maybe even a bit summery? Quite fun, very friendly. Hippielambic.

2018. Enormous thanks Stefan! Murky orange-golden. Brett, bell peppers, very mild elder. Flat bell pepper taste, bitterish, astringent. Sorry, not working. At all.
