Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Sante Adairius Contact Barrier ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, oak, mineral, blackpeppery - funky, light citrussy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, spicy - blackpepper, citrus, wheat - minerals, light oak - funky. Nose is ginger, perfume, lemonade, perfume,… Fizzy ginger, lemonade, citrus, lovely ginger, lemonade, super un-Belgian luckily, lemonade, fizzy,… Lemonade, perfume, lemonade, fizzy,.. Tasty fruity ginger.

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is spices, peach, apricot, dough. Taste is spices, dough, light funk, spices in the back as well, very herbal. Oily mouthfeel with foamy high carbonation. Decent, but too perfumey for me.

Pre-Borefts tasting. 75cl Bottle. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of the szechuan peppers, both sweet and minty, herbal, citrus, light oak. Flavour is light sour, herbal, mint, lemongrass, wood, oak, light tartness. Light bodied. Nice.

Bottle shared at pre-Borefts tasting. Thanks for sharing all! Hazy darker golden with small white head. Lemon, soft Szechuan peppers, wheat, white wine, tart lactic notes, soft spicy yeast, herbal, light flowery, light bready. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

Sour grain, white grape skin, cinnamon, floral honey. Moderate sweet and bitter, medium sour.
