Sampled @ Borefts 2015. Hazy yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste are pretty fruity initially, floral, with a nice hoppy touch, but also a slight hint of pepper or chili. Light bitterness towards the end. Decent body, medium carbonation.
Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman, courtesy of Jelle, thanks! Yellow-golden color, hazy. No head. Aroma’s of spices, clearly ginger and less clearly cardamom, some honey-ish sweetness. Retronasal it’s quite different: hoppy and light sour. Flavor is moderate bitter, herbal/spicy, with just a hint of sweetness. Light bodied. Finish is a quick bitterness, which mellows a bit first, then a lasting dry bitterness remains. Interesting.
Tap at Borefts ’15. Pours light hazy orange with a small ring white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, light fruits, citrus and peach. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Above light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
