Bottle. Amber color. Camille dominating the aroma. Malty sweetish, floral flavor with dominating camille and peppermint. Soft vinous notes. Lacks balance.

Sample from bottle at Wijnhuis Ede bierproeverij april 13, 2018. Color: Clear amber. Taste: Hoppy with decent notes of chamomile, caramel and hints of spiced bisquit. Pretty smooth. Some bittery notes. Memories of english soap...

Draught @ BAF 2017 [ Borefts After Festival: BAF! ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Kaapse / Brussels Beer Project Cheeky Kamille ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, chamomile. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, chamomile. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170924] 6-3-7-3-14

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is chamomille, fresh yeasts, honey. Taste is chamomille, candied sugar, some wildness, honey. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Works!

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ BAF 2017. Dark brown to black. Golden camomile, floral, vinous, yeast, honey. Strange bit weak but passable.

25-08-16 // 330ml bottle at Pressklubben Stockholm. Dark amber colour with solid white head. Grassy aromas, medium sweet. Strong wine notes. Interesting one.

Tap at Kaapse 2nd Anniversary. Cloudy amber, caramel with thin white head. Tea, light caramel, watery. Light sweet, light bitter. Under medium body. Bit weak.
