Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy dark orange with small foamy off-white head, light grassy hops aroma, low carbonation, yeasty taste with moderately piney hops flavor, medium finish. Leaves much to imagination I’m afraid.
Clear gold. No head aroma is pineor ward, a little tropical fruit thin taste. Finish is thin, simcoe is tasty but not a lot going on. It’s a good thing I like this hope variety.
Location: 12 oz bottle from Norm's, 4/11/12
Aroma: The nose is citrus fruits and a little floral hops, and some malty notes
Appearance: Pours a hazed, brightish orange color, with a white head and fairly heavy lacing
Flavor: Light-mid sweet and light-mid bitter, fairly balanced, similar to the nose: citrus, herbal and floral
Palate: The body is fairly light, with a fairly easy drinking feel, but there's something slightly off in the finish
Overall Impression: This one was alright. It is nothing particularly exciting, but it is plenty drinkable and it has some decent components to it as well.
