From 750 ml bottle. Black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma, roasted, dark dried fruits, vanilla, coffee, chocolate caramel. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma, alcoholic. Medium to full oily body with soft carbonation.
Bouteille 75cl via trade @ Sebletitje’s Farewell Tasting.

Aftertaste: very bitter, cocoa powder, sweet touch, lots of vanilla, caramel, bit sugary, lots of chocolate.
Bottle, courtesy of PotjeBier. Aroma of bourbon vanilla and nice smooth coffee. Rich flavor of thick vanilla, coffee, mild cherry, licorice, choco and a long lingering finish. I really like the combination of kopi and bourbon. Thanks for this awesome bottle!
75 cl (from an IP trade with richiesd) @ home, shared with borresteijn, MarcodL & caesar. Black color. Beige head, just a little. Aroma’s: alcohol, a bit paint thinner/aceton at first, a bit weird smell (erm...), that you get with Kopi Luwak beers. Later there’s more sweetness, bourbon, vanilla and the pain thinner disappears (fortunately). Flavor is sweet. Strong alcohol feel. Medium to full bodied. Long lingering finish.
Bottle thanks to Potjebier, medium sample. Dark color, medium brown frothy head. Aroma of roasted malts, some caramel and vanilla sweetness, bourbon, cookie, biscuit, slight booze. Not a lot of coffee, hardly noticeable. Medium sweetness in taste, cookie and biscuit from bourbon, vanilla, slight boozy. Again, not much coffee, which can be expected as kopi lowak is quite delicate and therefore nonsense to brew with in such a heavy flavored beer. Its basically similar to a regular bourbon speedway, which is by itself absolutely fantastic. No need to add delicate coffee, so therefore it scores a couple of tenths less for me than just the bourbon speedway. Still highly enjoyable ofcourse and wonderfully balanced.
75cl Bottle shared, thanks for tonight’s beers Potje! Black colour, beige head. Aroma of bourbon, sweet soft coffee, treacle, toasted coconut, vanilla, quite sweet, roasted malts, liqueur bon-bons. Flavour is sweet, roasted malts, bourbon, light soft sweet coffee, vanilla, bon-bons, bitter finish. Medium to full bodied, smooth. Good.
