Bottle from SB. Black with a lasting beige head. Roasted with dark chocolate, some rye bread, coffee and vanilla. Very light bitterness, very smooth. Fine carbonation, light for an imperial stout. Basically a well made imperial stout with Everything you expect of it. Solid but nothing exceptional.

Appearance: Very dark brown colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Chocolate, liquorice, roasted malt, alcohol, coffee.
Body: Full body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, some dried fruit, coffee.
Bottled@Rådhuskällaren (REX), Umeå. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is fruity, floral, liquorice and some alcohol too. Flavour is ripe fruits, liquorice, alcohol, toffee and some slight toasted notes to it.
Keg at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Dark brown, small head. Chocolate and earth, madeira and crude oil up front. Mid dry with full body and gentle, rounded mouthfeel. Earthy licorice and dark chocolate. Long bitter finish. Unusually balanced and pleasant imperial stout with some salmiak.

So fresh and aged 2y then.Black color, tan head. Alcohol, fruity scent. Malty, mineral taste. Fruity aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
