Bottle. Amber with a beige head that fades gradually. Funky aroma of caramelised apples, Brett of both the lemony and brackenish varieties, stewed peach. Bone dry with some caramelised fruit, toasted grain, bracken and spices. Sourish with bitterness creeping up late. Interesting, good.
