This harvest ale was co-fermented with wild fermenting Riesling juice from vines first planted in the 1890's at Jamsheed's Garden Gully vineyard in Western Victoria.
Crisp and refreshing, with a piney citrus lift and lively acid line - paying homage to the elegance found in a well-made Riesling.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Bottle (cool stencil, stupid wax). Hazy gold with a white head that lasts all the way. Aroma of hay, lime, honeydew, white pepper. Nice soft texture. Fairly dry with crackers, lime, mildly funky spices. Dry and slightly tart with modest bitterness at the end. Interesting, very refreshing.
