0,75l bottle at home. deep red color, very small white head. smells cherries, marzipan, nutty, jammy. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes cherries, jammy, nutty, cinnamon, lightly grass. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, nutty and jammy notes. lovely

Sampled may 10th 2022 . Pours a dark purplered. Small white head. Scent is full, intense cherry, oak (wet oak) , mildly acetic. Taste is dry, sharp, not too acidic, actually. Dry, loads of cherries still. Awesome how fruity this remained.

Bottle, 5-7 years old? Thanks for this treasure David! Pours red to purple, mostly clear, pink head. Starts with a interesting Maggi, dust, almond, herb, aroma. Medium full dry, foamy, chewy. Nice berry, cherry, ribena, jammy, good balance to the tart and bretty notes. Very drinkable.

Bottled 21.06.2017. dark red / bourdeaux like color, small pink head. smells of sour cherries, cherry juice, light oak, marzipan, nutty, some spices, very subtle funk. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of sour cherries, oak, cherry juice, subtle funk, bit grassy, earthy, light marzipan, light cinnamon. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with notes of sour cherries, cherry juice and some marzipan. very nice stuff, rather on the sour side, but overall very good one.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy very deep burgundy red. Massive cherries, soft funk, light lactic lemon, almonds. Solid sour, light sweet. It's good, but I prefer their unfruited beers.

BB 26.10.2040. deep red coclor, very small white head. smells sour cherries, cherry juice, marzipan, subtle funk. very nice smell, super cherry forward. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of cherries, sour cherries, bit leathery, tart cherries, some wood, earthy, grassy, bit sulphuric. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of sour cherries, grass and sulphur notes. overall this is good, some sulphur notes distracting from the cherries though. Nice but not great.

No pop, pours deep dark red, tiny bit of carbonation. Smells loads of sweet, juicy cherries, some sourness, light funk and wood. Heavy sour but not sharp. Deep, intense cherry flavour, amazing jammyness, surprisingly dry. Awesome. Happy birthday Armand!
