pression @ OTH. couleur orange brumeuse avec qcq bulles perçant la surface. Arôme est rempli de chêne avec cet aspect aigre à souhait, On ressent bien le mélange de la saison athène tout en gardant ce côté de fût de chêne/bois. En bouche, le chêne est de suite présent tout en ayant un énorme profile vinaigre, le tout se mélange avec des notes de fruits et de fleurs d’hibiscus, Reste épais en bouche avec une effervescence qui est minimale et en arrière plan un peu de sucre de cane.

First tasted from a friends glass, then sampled at Tap House in Oldsmar, on Feb 1, 2011Hazy yellow color, very small head. Oak and sour vinegar scent. Sweet at first taste, turns sour and aok after, finishes mainly fruity scidic. Some coconut aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness.I’m glad I had the chance to sample this during my last night in Florida, though as many times before I find that even though I like the acidicty and sourness from Lambic and Gueze, the sour ales tend to not be among my favourites. Nevertheless, this marks my 4000 rating. Cheers!
