Bierkraft botle courtesy fo markwise. pours brown, thin off-white/tan head. aroma caramel malts, and lots of bourbon goodness. flavors, wonderfully fresh, bourbon bomb just insane how it blends perfectly with the imp brown. The bourbon really took over the beer, none the less the caramel malt aspect was nice and present. Finish keep a sweet vanilla/coconut palate, lots of bourbon heat.

750ml bottle. 2006. Full of aromas and flavors, nicely balanced, this was an enjoyable strong ale. Muddy, dark brown body. Light brown, lasting head. Heavy malt aroma of molasses and caramel. Notes of dough, raisin, prune, port and licorice. All this is balanced with bourbon both in aroma and flavor. The bourbon, however, is far from overpowering. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body. Fizzy carbonation — too much so. Long finish.
