Dogpark, bottle 10 C AP: coffey (black), light white head AR: coffey F: well brewed swedish coffey, american hops, some baking syrup, salt licorices, nice bitterness- Heavy porter! But not the best?!
courtesy of, and shared with Gnoff. pours dark brown, frothy mocha head. Aroma is malty, caramel, some light roast and coffee, grainy. Taste, caramel malts, yeasty, comes out roasty, grainy, light coffee with light hoppy finish. Low carbonation. Another tasty brew by Dugges.
Draught. Brown colour, brown head. Roasted malt and coffee along with caramel and fruits. Flavour is the same with some very dark chocolate added. Pleasant one.
Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Really black with rich, rocky head. Roasty, lightly grainy coffee aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel and notes of honey.Coffee dominates. A beefy porter, but the sweetness along with notes of molasses reduces my enjoymant. Spicy finish with medium bitterness.Very American style porter.
Rating added 2/4/2006Nice dark and very fruity Porter.Draught, pint, at Bishops Arms (Västra Hamngatan) Gothenburg.Dark color, very hoppy and fruity smell and taste. Clear citrus like character from American hops. Don’t mind to get another one right after.8/4/9/4/17=4.2
