A: hazy dark brown, thin, beige head.
A: milk chocolate, molasses, date, roasted almond, liqueur.
T: sweet date, fig, chocolate, fudge, bitter nuts.
F: herbal hops, dried fruit, nuts, wood, bit resinous, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Heavy stuff, sweet but sufficiently balancing in the end.
330mml. bottle as part of the "EFP Brewdog Advent Calendar. Day 9". @home. 12/12/2019. [#3.136 Global - #78 Scotland - #26 Brewdog]. Black colour with a medium tan head. Good retention. Aroma is dark chocolate, soft vanilla and oak. Taste is oak, dark chocolate, soft wood and grapes. I didn´t get the vanilla on mouth. Smooth finish. Next one please!
Bottle. Pours black. Aroma and flavor are roast, malt, sugar, sweetness, bitterness, hops, caramel. Overall: good+
Bottle @ Slovak tasting 08/2019. Medium, tanned, average retention head. Dark brown, hazy colour. Aroma is malty, bready, caramel, toffee, mellow fruity. Taste is full malty base, mellow fruity, caramel, toffee, bit vinous, herbal, decent harmonic long lasting bitterness, good one, enjoyed.
Bottle. Deep dark brown color. caramel, licorice, tropical fruit, roast and grassy hops in the aroma. Malty sweet but also firmly hopped flavor. Grass, citrus, ripe fruit, ash, roast and licorice. Tobacco. Straightforward but also complex and layered. Nice.
Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, vanilla, chocolate, light roasty notes, light sweet, medium bitter. Full body, malty bitter sweet finish. Ok.

RB backlog. Dark fruits, light butterscotch, berries, dark wooden notes. Medium sweetness, mineralic, not too bitter. Slick, dries up, pearly carbonation. Thanks G!
