Amun (aka the hidden one) is a collaboration with our dear friends at Omnipollo. Amun was dreamt up by Henok of Omnipollo and our head brewer Matt. They then brewed the first batch in Sweden. This is the US version of this awesome collab. Amun is an 8% DIPA brewed with a bunch of oat milk. Hopped intensely with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. This beer is insanely soft. One of the most drinkable DIPAs we’ve ever been a part of. The artwork from Karl Grandin is just insane too!

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong tropical fruit, pineapple and mango, grass, yeast, oat. Medium body, juicy, dank, grapefruit, pineapple, light bitterness, resin finish, very good.

Can sample courtesy of Henok. Very hazy tiny burnt yellow pour with a small white head. Fruity tropical fruit nose with cracker & oat meal cookie malts. Light grass & pine. Sweet, tiny bitter & heavy fruity taste. Soft & round mouthfeel. Pleasant fruity finish. Solid if a bit sweet. Very similar to the Omnipollo-brewed version. --- Beer merged from original tick of Amun (Veil Brewed) on 23 Feb 2017 at 18:38 - Score: 7.
