26 December 2021. 75cl bottle, bottled 14/3/2015, shared by Pieter - many thanks!
Clear orange, thinning, white head. Aroma of ripe orange, apricot, oak, sherry, wet hay, barnyard, leather. Taste has sweetish-sour orange & plum, quite estery over funky straw & hay, bitter leather note too. 'Old' grassy hoppy finish, lingering tart, slightly bitter orange peel, funky with a dry and oaky sherry accent. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Still amazingly fruity, yet funky and tart of course.

Bottled December 2015. Dark golden, darker now then when it w as s fresh. Deep funk, soft citrus. Still very vibrant and fresh. Medium sour. Really good stuff.
Bottled 31/10/2015. Soft pop, but big amount of carbonation when pouring. Biiig funky smell, loads of goat. Taste is even more funky, loads of old wood, tons of straw and cheese rind. Just a hint of dried apple, and a tiny bit of acidity. Aged well!
