Draught @ Borefts 2013. Pale blonde, cloudy. Only a hint of apple in the aroma. Thin. Citrus and apple in the flavor. Sharp mouthfeel. Nice, but lacks character.

Draught @ 5th Borefts Beer Festival 2013, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Thornbridge Berliner Weisse ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, light sour - sour milk. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130927]

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, säuerlich, Citrus. Geschmack säuerlich, hefig, fruchtig, Citrus.

On tap @ Borefts 2013. Really pale and dishwasher water colored, kinda yellow straw looking and it has only a little film on top of it. The nose is light farty with lots of farm and grains. A soft lemon acidity all the way in the back perhaps. That light sourness goes again in the taste, but this time more limeish. It's not surprisingly kinda light on the mouthfeel this and the carbonation is below average and small bubbled. Citrus, hay, grains and a mild soft fruitiness that shines through until the grainy finish kicks in. A bit disappointed to be honest. 27.09.2013

Tap @ Borefts ’13. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small sized white head .Smells unfresh, urine and weird. Tastes sourish, fresh and slightly fruity (green apple mostly). Medium body and nice carbo. I’m glad it tastes better than I expected from the smell.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2013. Very hazy, light citrus with little head. Nose is lactic wheat, light, floral smell, spices, slightly tart, bit messy & slightly off. Taste is weak, slight sour wheat, floral, touch bitter spices, touch lacto, faint yoghurt, zest. Pretty, light hazy. Okay but not that impressive, I hopped for more.

Draft at BBF13. Pours cloudy yellow with an off white head. Aroma of light tart fruit and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and moderate acidic. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Sampled @ Borefts 2013. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly sourish and sourish fruityness. Citrussy as well. A bit fizzy carbonation, average body. Not the best Berliner Weisse I’ve had before.

Tap at de molen 2013... Light golden hazy amber.. Thin white head... Soft funky mellon fruits nose... Very tart... Dry zezty lemon... Soft funk
