Bottle at Delirium Tokyo. Desert. Aroma is complex. Apples, white wine, caramel, toffee popcorn, bourbon. Taste is great. Caramel, cherry, full on. Sweet but lovely. Fruit comes through, caramel, sticky and sweet. Really lovely.

Tap @ Borefts 2012. Pale amber color. Peach, apricot, applem melon. Just a bunch of fruits in the aroma. Malty sweet, alcoholic, oaky flavor, rather Calvados -like.

330ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Bottled on 10 April 2012 (must be my oldest beer so far). Pours hazy brown with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is bourbon, dried fruit, spices, wine. Taste is light sweet, dried fruits, oaky bourbon barrel, malt, caramel, light booziness, warming alcoholic finish. Unique take on a quad.

Bottle. Pours red amber with beige head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, malt, alcohol, caramel, fruits. Flavor is sweet, fruits, malt, caramel. Finish is sweet and malty. Overall: great brew, sweet and boozy just as i like it.

Tasting at my place. Bottle (2011) from Van Alsem. Light brown with medium sized head. Cognac, sherry, clementines, marzipan, apricot, cake, and more. Very complex stuff, lots of wine and liquor notes, but also massively fruity. Full bodied with medium carbonation. Will have again!! Backlog from 2015/01/09.

2009 bottle. Pours orange white head. nose/taste of bourbon, vanilla, orange sherbet, oak and dark fruit - medium/full body.

Bottle, brewed 2011, bottled 2014. 10.5%. Slow gusher. Murky copper, thick offwhite head. Malty, dried fruit aroma, raisins and red apples. Flavour has strong fruityness, booze and dark sugar with good caramel backing and woody notes. Creamy mouthfeel with warming alcohol and good bitter bite. Booze, bitterness and dark, sweet fruityness well combined, very well balanced. Solid quad, good stuff.

(10.5% Alc, 2011 version) Leicht trübe dunkel orangegoldene Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch holzig, reifes Obst, rote Beeren, dezent alkoholisch. Geschmack kräftig malzig, holzig, Vanille, rote Früchte, alkoholisch, alles sehr gut abgestimmt, lecker!

330ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Dark orange copper color with small beige head. Fruity and malty aroma. Banana when it is cold, some dark fruits when it gets warmer, caramel, wood. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
