Even More Unbalanced *was* the hoppiest beer ever brewed at Equilibrium. We were discussing with Jeppe how we could push this beer even further and Even More Waves was born. Even More Waves increases the Even More Unbalanced blend of Citra, Galaxy, Denali, Mosaic, and Amarillo and adds a touch of lactose. It pours a hazy glowing tangerine color releasing a penetrating hop blast of bright tropical mango, pineapple, apricot, and berry. The taste is blended tropical fruit that showcases the EQ juice, which gives an escalating bright finish that builds into smooth hop frosting but stays balanced by a proper bitterness. Cloudy bright yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty dank, sweetish impression, tropical fruits, sweaty feet, some onions, orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty sourish, very dank hops, lots of citrus, pineapple, mango. Aftertaste: lychee, sweetish, hoppy, more citrus, resinous hops, hop burn, fruity, citrus, bit piny, lemon, nice stuff!

Draft at Muted Horn, Berlin. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach, lemon. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Yellow tropical fruit compote. Very nice fresh fruity hops. Clear alcohol influence but gives more of a fruity long drink kind of punch rather than tasting like an ipa with a shot of vodka. My least favourite ipa-style but my favourite beer tonight.
