Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is aloe vera, spices, some bready and sweet maltiness. Flavour is spicy, some malts, mild yeast as well as some parfumed soapy soapy notes.

Bottle@ home. Orange brown color. pepper, malt and some tangerine in aroma and flavor. The pepper is dominating, but the aftertaste gives some room for a bit of malty sweetness and orange. Not my taste, but certainly drinkable.

Beer spiced with some exotic pepper variety. Thin but stable, off-white head, amber colour with orange glow, hazy. Aroma not unlike pepper cream sauce of the kind often served with steak, caramel, nuts, nutmeg, chilli, meat, peach. Soft fruity onset, caramelly and nutty malt base, quickly accompanied by a spicy effect of chilli pepper and green pepper corns, some peppery hoppiness in the finish too. Great if you like spicy food but it’s easy to see why people who don’t, will find this abominable.

Bottle at Deano’s monthly tasting, September 2013. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is toffee caramel and fruit. The flavour is dry malt and a little fruit. A very odd beer.
