Bottle thanks to Bursprak. Pours muddy brown with a large fizzy offwhite head turning into a small brown head. Aromas of nuts, chocolate, vinegar, lactic, balsamico, cherries, leather. Taste is lactic as fuck, vinegar, chocolate, sweet caramel, nuts, oak, vinous, balsamico, cherries.
Bottle - no label taken - pours brown - nose/taste of caramel, oak, sour chocolate - medium body
On tap at De Garde Quarterly. Pours a cloudy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is wood, bready malt, roast. Thin mouth, tart dark fruit, oak, light smoke, very nice.
Draft - Dark Berry, cherry, dark malts and a touch of toast. Deep muddy brown with a rich beige head. Tart and acidic with malts and a it of cherry. I am not a fan.
