Pours dark brown, rather clear. Small white head. Scent is extremely sweet, chocolate, raisins, dade, caramel. Taste is full, intense, caramel, dried fruits. Mild alcohol. Lovely BW, even anno 2021 this is still a masterpiece.

Bottle @ Boring Portland Share. Pours hazy dark brown with a offwhite head. Aromas of malt, coffee, dark fruits, toffee, vanilla. Taste is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruits, vanilla, light bitter hot finish.

Bottle at share. Near dark brown , small ring of head. Malty, dry. Taste is leathery malts, but far too dry. BW overload today.

Bouteille 750ml, bottle share. Couleur brun foncé presque opaque, mousse beige foncée. Arôme de malt caramélisé, whisky, boisé, mélasse. Goût très, sucrée, malt caramélisé, boisé, pointe de café. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

Lovely caramel toffee malt base. Pleasant ba character. Perhaps a bit hot!

Bottle - Sweet toffee, dark and hoppy with a bit of booze. Deep boozy notes. Sweet, toffee and malty with a nice long finish. Sweet, hot and nice.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, toffee, vanilla. Medium mouth, very sweet, toffee, vanilla, nice bourbon, really enjoyed this one.
