Bottle from Brokantie shop, Pamel. Pours hazy orange with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe mandarin, pineapple, peach, honey, triple sec, yeast. Taste has sweet mandarin, apricot & pineapple, a bit estery, biscuity-honey malt underneath with a spicy touch. Fruity sweet finish, Belgian yeast pairing with Citra-fueled mandarin peel, topped off by some triple sec-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation. Not that bad, typical Belgian IPA I'd say.
Mild hopfiger, stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Milde, typisch belgische Hefenoten. Würzig malzig, spritzig, der Hopfen gerät in den Hintergrund. Gelungen. 9/9/9/9/11/9
Draft. Cloudy yellow orange color, small white head. Aroma of spiced orange peel. Taste is yeasty lemon bread, straw, black pepper. Nice.
33 cl. bottle @ home – left-over from RBWG 2012 – thx a lot to Joris (JorisPPattyn) for this one – golden orange (the fruit) with a creamy head – smell is sharp orange and mandarin peel, fruity & citrus hops – taste is mandarin peel, fruity, flowers, touch floral, bitter orange zing in the finish, touch herbal, concentrated lemon peel, lovely slight spices – body is fluffy, creamy with a yeasty zing, lovely IPA

23/I/2012 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 1/VIII/13? (ink was smudged) (2012-73) Thanks to JorisPP for the bottle!
Little cloudy blond to orange beer, lots of sediment, little chunks floating around under a big solid creamy off-white head, stable and adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lychee and some passion fruit, a bit piny too, little sweet. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: fruity start, passion fruit, some pineapple, little sweet, peaches candy, nice soft bitterness, some lemonade underneath it all. Aftertaste: fruity and bitter. This is my kind of beer. Need. More!!!
Small yellowish dense head, fed by very fine pearling orange beer. Very interesting USA-hops nose with passion fruit & other exotic fruitaroma’s, as sweetish grapefruit. Again very (exotic) fruity esters, citrus, grapefruit; finish is pure, aromatic hopbitterness. Feels very carbonated indeed, quite oily-slick; medium bodied. Very attractive, IPA-like ale.
