Draft: Pours woody, deep brown with a good, off-white head. Aroma is malty, smoky...ham/canadian bacon. Taste is a repeat of the scent...and even better. Slightly light bodied, but very nicelt done.... An exceptional beer.

Tap at Cincy Beerfest. Meaty applewood smoked ham aroma. Chestnut with a large off-white head. Sweet applewood smoke and honey cured ham flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Really great tasting smoked beer.
