375 ml bottle. Amber orange, clear, with a few bubbles.nose is aged lambic: leather, citrus, oak, dust, old books, apples.flavor is bright and acidic, sharp, crystal, funky. Citrus, leather. Light carbonation. Quite bright and tasty for an oude.
Hazy and still golden orange with no head. Aroma of oak upfront with a lovely soft cellar funk with citrus and green apple. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.
Bottle shared with friends @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours golden hazy with a tiny and shortlasting head. Almost no carbonation. Aromas of very subtle almost minty sourness. Horsey and woody. Stablehouse and grass. Tastes of sourness, grass with lots of wood and an earthy taste.
Corked bottle. Golden color, no head. Oak, citrus and cherry lemonade in the aroma. Honey and apricot. Almost flat, Complex flavor. Oak, some remaining hops, honey, lemon. White pepper, vanilla, cherry sweets. Powdery mouthfeel. Amazing beer.
Bottle, vintage 2013, many thanks DerA! Pours clear flat amber. Aroma is pure flat 3F funk, B�ckser, fruity, rust. Body is medium, completely flat, sour, pure Lambic funk, quite sweet and fruity. Certainly an experience, but not something I'd drink often.
