hazy golden orange. a small head formed. Aroma is spicy pepper and gingerbread. Very interesting. a little tart, lots of very hearty european hops, pepper, honey, spice. Tart is overpowered by the malt characters. interesting beer.
Bottle. Pours orange white head. Nose/taste of oak, orange peel, melon, citrus and light pepper. Medium body.
Bottle shared by Chris at brewery. Pours a clear gold with small white head. The aroma is dough and fruit. Nice belgian yeast, oak, light dryness, good.
Draft - Malty grain and a bit of spice. Clear gold with a thin beige head. Fruit esters, booze and yeasty with a bitter kick. The yeast profile does nothing for me. Bottle - Sweet perfumy, floral hop notes. Clear gold with almost no head. Flowery, grassy, light yeasty notes and a nice bitter fresh finish.
