Grodziskie is a historic smoked beer style also known as “Gratzer” or “Polish Champagne.”
It is a low-alcohol, highly-carbonated, refreshingly light-bodied wheat ale that has an oak-smoked flavor melded with a clean hop bitterness.

We made a version to pay homage to our Polish roots.

Smoke Wheat Everyday has a mild smoke aroma and flavor that diminishes with each sip, revealing melon rind and cedar in the aroma with other characteristics similar to a Kolsch. The large portion of wheat in the grist helps this beer settle to a brilliant clarity and produces a rocky head while pouring.
