Cask at brewery. I think this is the second time I am trying this. Cask pour into lambic shaker, 11oz. Flat pour, low carbed. So, that part is authentico. Aroma is very orange marmalade vinegar, not very vinegary but a mild marmalade vinegar. Pretty authentic smelling, not sure I could pick this out bling as not a true lambic. A little cork, a light Brett horseblanket. A little lemon peel. Mouthfeel is flat with a little sparkle but that's expected for style. Or maybe the sourness makes me think it's lightly carbonated. Dries you out a bit. It's not bad acetic sourness, just a strong lambic with grapefruit skins. That sort of thing. I think these guys are nailing spontaneous fermentation.
Draft - pours gold - nose and taste of lemon, oaky funk and light manure farmhouse - light med body
