Za kwasne kapke, za octowe (znaczy ciut ciut tego octu), za malo dzikie, poza malonami ciut teuskawek jakby? ma jakies cialo, jakas slodycz. Niskow ysycone. Nie no, generalnie pycha, acz jednak wole inne lambiczki owocowe, no
Pours unclear amberpink. No head. Smell is mildly acetic acid, full fruityness. taste is sharp, intense sour, mild acetic acid but it builds up, and is simply to much to be pleasant. Very dry, full on fruityness. low, but existing carbonation. Too sharp and acidic, to acetic as well.
2018 bottle, blend 74. Clear red with a wisp of head that's soon at the rim. Aroma of raspberries - some sweet, mostly hairy - almonds, vanilla, some old lemon, a rather clean outbuilding. Slightly slippery, moderate to low carbonation. Much less dominated by berries in the taste - the focus goes seamlessly from mostly fruit to mostly lambic. Finish of old lemons and some spices. Moderately sour with considerable depth as well as a little bright acidity. Deep rather than complex and elegantly quaffable.
Another 3F blend with Lindemans wort, I couldn't resist... Beautiful rapsberry notes up front, followed by decent amounts of lambic funk, the characteristic 3F mineral funk, barnyard funk, some green apple, citrus. A very nice blend
Botella de @Señor Lúpulo, Gijón. 28/02/2020 Color rojizo claro corona de espuma blanca escasa, aromas frutales intensos, sabor frutal, acidez intensa, cuerpo ligero.
Pours unclear amberreddish. Nearly no head. Smell is full, raspberry, mildly acetic. Oak and funk. Taste is full, intense, tart. Mildly acetic. Full on raspberry, still. Fruit has lived up over the years, strangely enough, and the beer certainly improved in my opinion. Lovely to drink anno 2020 !
2011 thanks to Phredrik! Big want. Pours reddish/brown with a medium pinkish head. Aroma is out of this world-jammy, tart raspberries, vinegar, funky stable notes, oaky notes. Taste is once again jammy, funky, tannic, stable, oaky, vinegary and has a lot of tart raspberry pits to back up the sweetness.
Thank you Sune. 2011 version. Aroma is great. Lots of fruit, raspberry, tartness. Taste is lovely, big tartness, sour marmalade, sparkly on the tongue, lovely fruitiness. Very nice.
Corked Bottle, 2014 vintage. First time I had this beer since the mid 80’s. Pinkish red color. Raspberry and dominant oak in the aroma. Raspberry flavor. Sour. Oak. Carbonation is almost flat. Slightly disappointing, i must admit. Lacks the complexity of many other 3 Fonteinen beers.
