Clear-ish golden with white ring head. Sweet grapey fruitiness, some nectar, herbs, twigs. Moderate sweet and mild sour. Bit funky awkward fruity. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy golden with white head. Quite herbal, sweet malts, flowery, yoghurt. I guess the huge herb onslaught I’m getting is gentian? Funny. Medium sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium bodied. Herbal yoghurt drink?
