0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 13.06.2019. BB 13.06.2029. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, some sweetness, estragon, horse radish, lightly lactic, subtle grape notes .. after it warms some peachy notes, more sweet grape notes. nice smell to very nice. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes estragon, earthy, subtle funk, grape skins, spices, peppery, slight cheese. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of estragon, grapes and some spicey notes. liked this a lot better once it warms up, fruit notes (peach and grape notes) come through a lot better once warmer. could probably still use a bit more age, but overall very nice one

Bottle shared by Caesar at tasting. A bit orangy golden color. Sort of a mix between geuze and white wine. Quite alright. Funky, cider.

29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Hazy yellow, no head. Aroma of white grapes, plum, wet hay, wood, unripe peach. Taste has sour plum, bitter grapes & wood, only slightly sweet, yeasty & vaguely yoghurty. Tart, woody, dry finish, tannins at work, lingering grapes & plum; alcoholic hint of white wine. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Very well done, but believe it or not, I miss the beery aspects.
