Draught@Mikkeller old town, Tallinn. Hazy red colour, small pink head. Aroma is vanilla, raspberries, tartness and some toffee. Flavour is raspberries, vanilla some wood and toffee tones. Nicely dry.
--Keg at Zum Franziskaner (as Magic Lambic), Stockholm. -- Hazy cherry red. Vanilla meets blueberry and cherry up front. Mildly tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Flavourings take the upper hand, some lambic tartness and complexity underneath, but clearly this is the least appetizing and most modernized Cantillon so far.
Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.478 Global - #243 Belgium - #19 Cantillon] Cloudy red. Funky raspberry. Sour finish. Some vanilla. Next one please!
On tap at Playalinda for Zwanze Day. Deep garnet pour with a pink head. Tart berry bouquet. Muddled mixed up sour berry notes dominate. I don’t really get the vanilla and the barrel characteristics are somewhat muted. Good body and mouthfeel.
0,2l from tap at Ammutson during Zwanze Day. Bordeaux like color, small white head. Smells strong vanilla, berries, nutty, nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of vanilla, berries, sweet spices, peppery, grassy. Finishes lightly sweet and sour with notes of vanilla, Raspberries and nutty notes. Very vanilla forward. Still very good one

Intense vanilla, raspberry, malt, vinegar, and light hay aroma. Cloudy ruby red with minimal head. Lightly sweet vanilla, raspberry, malt, moderately sour vinegar and Brett, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Smells like it is going to be very sweet but then is pretty dry. A work of art.
Pretty bright but tart not too sweet
Super explosive! Very bright and fruity and uncharacteristic of young Cantillon. High carbonation. Lot of vanilla.
Again! Nothing more to say, still very refreshing and flavourful.
