500ml bottle from the brewery, poured into a UK pint sleeve at home on 11th Dec 2015, some 5 months before it’s BBD. No sediment left the bottle, so I got a lovely clear amber bodied beer with a full white foam blanket on top. Perfumed, floral nose, interesting aroma all round. The taste has a semi-sweet malt front with a deep hop based depth that takes over mid-sip. Complex and different, a beer to sip, not to rush or gulp. Very, very pleasant in deed.

Bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy medium amber with a broken white head. The aroma is weak malt and yeast. The flavour is medium bitter with a fruity hop malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A refreshing session beer.
